D.I.Y. (Do-it-Yourself): Our consultants can study your workflow needs, then recommend and implement an affordable and effective document imaging system so that you can handle all of your scanning internally.

Offsite: We can collect files from your location at no charge OR you can to ship documents to us. Once documents arrive at our secure facility, we Inventory your files to account for files given, Process (removal of staples, etc.), then Label and Scan documents as directed.

Onsite: We understand that sometimes you may require scanning be done at your premises due to sensitive nature of files. We are pleased to offer this service to address your firm’s requirements.

OCR: Optical Character Recognition features allowing you to search for keywords inside individual files or across your entire digital document library.
